Returns / Delivery
Shipments are made only within Greece.
The team at PrimeKid guarantees the exact delivery of your products as they are completed on the order form.
Within Attica delivery within 2-3 business days after payment is completed by courier or by freight carrier for larger items.
For non-Attica and island destinations the delivery takes place within 3-4 business days after the payment has been completed.Small items can be delivered to your location by courier. For larger items, the customer receives the parcel from the transport agency of the area.
Delivery is to the sidewalk and not to your door.
All of the above delivery times apply in the absence of extreme weather and strikes.
By giving emphasis to the product quality, PrimeKid tries to minimize the chances of a product being defective.
Products are subject to technical and quality control before shipment of any order.
If, in spite of our efforts, an item reaches your hands defective, initially and to avoid any inconvenience, an attempt will be made to resolve the issue by telephone. If this is not possible our competent partner will contact you for a refund.
You have the right to return the products you purchased, free of charge and without having to tell us the reason for your return within 14 days of receipt of the products. PrimeKid must refund you within fourteen (14) days after receipt of the withdrawal declaration.
If you withdraw from the purchase of the product, we will refund all money received from you, including shipping costs (excluding the additional costs due to your choice to use a delivery method other than the cheaper standard delivery method we offer), without undue delay and in any event within 14 days of the day we are informed of your decision to withdraw from this Agreement. We will execute the above refund using the same payment instrument that you used for the original transaction, unless you have expressly agreed to something different; in any event, you will not be charged for such refund.
The basic condition for accepting the return of products must be in the same condition in which you received them, i.e. they have not been unsealed or their packaging has been tampered with, along with your retail receipt or invoice. If the product is returned damaged or missing or without the above conditions PrimeKid has the right not to accept return from the customer.
In order to avoid any inconvenience, it is advisable to carefully check the status of the products sold and their packaging intact at the time of ordering, in order to identify any obvious defects (eg broken merchandise, wrong item, etc.) .
Note also that replacement of defective products is required and preceded by a technical inspection.

REFUNDS REALIZED WITHOUT PREVIOUS REGISTRATION CUSTOMER COMMUNICATION WITH PRIMEKID WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED.
If you wish to cancel your order for any reason, you must immediately notify us either by email or by phone. If it has not been delivered to the courier, cancellation is promptly, free of charge, and refundable within 3 business days. In case the delivery has already been made, shipping costs before and after return are paid by the customer.
Excludes "on-demand" products where a deposit is required to place an order. The deposit is considered a guarantee of the order and is NOT refundable.
